We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

📦 Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging (if applicable)

To start a return, please contact us at contact@techyjenkins.com with your order number and reason for return.

Note: We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue at contact@techyjenkins.com.
