Thank you for shopping with Jenkins Trading Post. We carefully inspect and package orders, but if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

We accept returns only for products that are damaged during delivery, defective, or different from the product ordered. You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, including when a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, or no longer wants the product.

To request a return, contact info@jenkinstradingpost.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when applicable.

Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Jenkins Trading Post will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return-shipping costs for approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Original expedited shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.

If an approved product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can determine the appropriate resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for products that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect. We also do not accept buyer’s-remorse or change-of-mind returns, gift cards, final-sale items, or products damaged through misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
