Easy Battery Replacement

1. Disconnect power to the garage door opener.

2. Remove the battery cover from the motor unit using a Phillips-head screwdriver.

3. Disconnect and remove the old battery.

4. Partially insert the new battery with the terminals facing outward.

5. Connect the red positive (+) and black negative (–) wires to the corresponding battery terminals.

6. Insert the battery completely and reinstall the cover.

7. Reconnect power to the garage door opener.
